Of course, excessive calorie restriction is a no-go. Forcing yourself to drastically cut food intake can lead to muscle loss, a slower metabolism, and ultimately weight regain. That said, for those who are used to eating abundantly, feeling hungry at first can be stressful.
However, that very state of “hunger” is actually a major opportunity to change your body.
